All our beef comes from our own a suckler cow herd. The cattle range in breed but are mostly Aberdeen Angus, Limousin, Charolais and Hereford. The cattle grazed on lush limestone pastures for most the year and their diet is supplemented by crops which are grown on the farm.

Our beef is matured for 21 days prior to cutting and packing which adds to the taste and tenderness.
