These delicious pies are made here at the kitchen at Castlemine Farm by our head chef Odhran Crowe.

The current pie flavour we have is 'Beef and Stout Pie'. The beef is our own Castlemine Farm dry aged beef. The recipe used for our pies is a traditional family recipe.

There are no artificial flavours, colours, preservatives or additives and all the ingredients are natural, wholesome and healthy, and sourced locally.

The current pie is a family size pie, 800g in weight.

We are members of Good Food Ireland and have won Bridgestone awards for 2010 and 2011. Our passion is producing and sourcing the best Ireland has to offer and taking control of the food chain that is embedded in our culture and traditions.
