When do you deliver?

 


All orders are available for next delivery if ordered before 11am. We will confirm orders by phone to confirm delivery address and times. Not including weekends.

 

 

How do you deliver?

 

We use a national courier network to deliver our meat boxes. All our meat is packed in insulated polystyrene boxes with gel ice packs to keep your meat in optimum condition during transit. In temperature trials, our packaging system has been proven to keep meat at fridge temperature for up to 36 hours, even in hot weather, so you can be sure that your meat will be in the best condition when it reaches you.

 

When will I receive my order?

 

We will deliver your order the next day once it is placed before 11am  Orders after this time will be scheduled for the next day. We will confirm the delivery by phone prior to dispatch.

 

Can I cancel my order? 

 

You can cancel your order at any time up to 5pm on the day before delivery.

 

Can I get a refund or return items? 

 

We are pleased to be able to offer a returns policy for items purchased directly from Castlemine Farm.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 5 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

 

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.


Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

 

  1. Provide details of the reason for the return.
  2. If the reason for the return is a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Send the package to the address below:
