Llewellyn's Premium Irish Cider Vinegar is fermented by David Llewellyn on his farm in Lusk, Co. Dublin. This cider vinegar is produced using the best of Irish apples. David Llewellyn is an acclaimed artisan producer and found his first orchard to lease in 1999, whilst working for an apple grower in the area. He now grows his own fruit and the vinegars are beautifully presented in tall slim bottles. To preserve its excellent flavour and its wholesomeness, it is left completely natural and unfiltered, and a slight harmless deposit may be visible in the bottle. Each bottle contains 500 ml.
