The meat is packed in special temperature controlled boxes which will garantee freshness. At present we only ship boxes once a week (Wednesday) for next day delivery. Orders are taken up to 12pm every tuesday for wednesdays dispatch. Orders after this time will be scheduled for the following week. We will confirm the delivery by phone prior to dispatch.
