At Castlemine Farms' Kitchen (which is based on our farm) we produce a fantastic range of cook food products that we supply to the wholesale markets.

All our products are handmade by our head chef Odhran Crowe. Odhran takes a back to basics approach with his cooking and with no compromise on ingredients have resulted in not only quick and simple meals but also a healthy range of meals to choose from. Our current product range is:

We are members of Good Food Ireland and have won Bridgestone awards for 2010 and 2011. Our passion is producing and sourcing the best Ireland has to offer and taking control of the food chain that is embedded in our culture and traditions.
